:: Heart Of Our Time ::

Origin unknown, 1985

Can never understand why Demon haven't become one of the UK's leading rock bands. Full of drama, power, guts and an indecent amount of strong material. "Heart Of Our Time" (Clay) is their first since the sad death of Mal Spooner and further enhances their reputation. Majestic grandeur radiates from "Expressing The Heart", there's tenderness in "Grown Ups", fire in "High Climber" and sheer electric dynamite on "Heart Of Our Time" with Dave Hill's vocals the gold on the mountain peak. Frequently a glorious album and if Magnum can break through then surely persistence and talent must also pay off for Demon.
