Hi friends,

i´ve just visited the "former members"-page. As far as i can remember once upon a time there was a guy called Andy Dale playing bass for a while...

Was it me dreaming this fact or is there any kind of bad relationship not to mention him???

No seriously, guys, whatever may have happened please don´t play Eddy van Halen who does not know who Sammy Hagar was before he forgot Dave Lee Roth´s name which he mystically remembered 20 years later now.

It is Demon history which is written by EVERYBODY who had been involved, good or bad. So please don´t fool yourself by negotiating facts. I think.... - no, i am SURE - ...that verybody who had been playing with the band has achieved the right to be mentioned. Just think what you would have done if he would´nt had been with you that time.

Same thing with the left-handed Les Paul-guitarrist with the long red hair ( i always called him "the young John Sykes"... Very Happy ) who played with you in 2006/07. You see, i cannot remember his name, although i have got an autographed Demon single.
Please date up this page and complete history.

Just think about what may happen if mankind is finally gone and some aliens may find the Demon relicts...
...their input would always be incomplete and they never will even realize it... Very Happy

Cheers

I also find it odd that Paul Farrington isn't listed, or that there is no mention of Steve Watts departure in the biography.

Hello Space Dog.
Yes you are correct, I was in Demon from late 1985 to 1987. I left because of family problems illness etc. Dave Hill and I started work on some non Demon tracks in 1995, however there was interest, especially in Germany for us to do some gigs as Demon. Ray Walmsley who had joined us in our project studio was up for it, and so was steve Brookes, Duncan Hansell a good old friend was happy to play the keyboards, and a hired drummer John Broburg completed the line up. We played I think, the second 'Bang Your Head Festival' in Tubingen. After that we continued to gig with various different members. So my last stint with Demon was from 1997 up until 2010, my last gig being in Italy. I found out that I was not in the band any more after it was posted on this site in february 2011.
It was a pleasure to work with all the musicians who were involed in the band.
Dave Hill and I had been friends since 1976.
There definately is a dark side to Demon
Best wishes
Andy Dale

Hi Neil,

everything´s fine and i hope you´re all doing well too. Nice to have some information about Tim. Yes, now i can remember. I had a nice conversation with him in Hamburg those days when he promised me to stay with Demon. A few weeks later he became history...

Good to hear some news about Andy. Once you´ve told me about the whole illness story in the 90´s, Andy, and i was happy about you returning to Demon well. So i was astonished to hear you had left the band shortly before recording the new album. As well as i was astonished about Ray quit and returned as a bass player a few month later. Strange circumstances indeed...
Maybe one day somebody will explain all this tohouwabou.

And Giles: yes, you are right - there is no entry concerning Fazza. Hope it is only a fact of too much to do and too less time to update the page. But meanwhile someone should find the time to mention him. I think it is a question of respect everybody has got earned to get paid. When someone found the time of a few years to play and tour with a band someone else should find a single minute to honour this. My opinion.

Hope to read some breaking news about you all pretty soon.

Cheers,
Space Dog
